NEW: Synthetic Winch Lines with HMPE Protective Jacket!
We are glad to introduce a new product range in our offer. From beginning of November you can already purchase our YSM-AERO Synthetic Winch Ropes with HMPE Protective Jacket on whole length of rope! Now rope is prevented against dust, abrasion, UV and other factors.
Hollow braid protection jacket is installed on the rope and spliced to prevent against movement. Jacket is made from the same fiber as the rope which assures great performance and durability.
Rope with protection will be more durable but please remember that diameter will grow about 2MM, making the ready rope thicker. Please check if your drum can accommodate the same amount of meters of a thicker rope.
Ropes terminated with thimble or thimble with hook.
Breaking load and size of hook automatically selected for size and breaking load of rope.
Please choose the desired rope to see the prices for our standard lengths.
Our recommendation is for the rope to be at least 2 X STRONGER than the max. pulling capacity of the winch. This is connected with practical observations from our clients as well as with the European Norm EN 14492-1.
If you are interested in a different configuration - let us know. All ropes are spliced in our workshop and we can make ropes on demand.
