Description
We are hand-splicing eyes on all of offered ropes!
Prices are given for splicing of one eye on purchased rope.
Caution: Cost of splicing depends on type of rope that we have to splice.
Standard Ropes: YSM-AERO, Dyneema®, Polypropylene and Polyamide Twisted
Double Braided Ropes: Dyneema® with Overbraid, Polypropylene Braided
The cost of splicing ship mooring lines - determined individually.
Please enter the eye length you would like us to make in the order comment. If there is no such information, we will prepare the eyelet with a length according to EN ISO 1492-4+A1 and YSM and Partners guidelines regarding the minimum length.

If the eye is to be placed on an element, the length of the eye measured in the middle should be at least 3 x the diameter of the pin, recommended 5 x.
Additionally, to avoid serious reductions - the diameter of the pin at the eye should be at least 2 x the diameter of the rope, recommended 3 x, absolute minimum 1.
